M.A.C.C Plumbing LLC
Reliable • Honest • Professional. Serving Southeast Tennessee, Northwest Georgia, Northeast Alabama.
M.A.C.C Plumbing was started by a crew of plumbers with 35 years of combined experience in the trade — and who decided to build something of their own. The goal was simple: do honest work, charge fair prices, and run a company they'd be proud to put their name on and present for the families behind it.
That experience shows up on every job. We give you a straight answer and a fair price up front, we do the work right the first time, and we leave your home as clean as we found it. No upselling, no surprises — just plumbing done the way it should be.

What our customers say
What homeowners across the Tri-State are saying.
“Our water heater went out on a Sunday and MACC had someone out the same day. They were up front about the price, no runaround, and the new unit was in and working by that afternoon. Couldn't have asked for more.”
Jenna R.
Chattanooga, TN
“These guys clearly know what they're doing. They replaced all the old cast iron under our house and explained everything as they went. You can tell they've been at this a long time — fair price and honest work.”
Mark T.
Fort Payne, AL
“Hands down the most honest plumber we've worked with. They talked us through the cost before starting, did clean work on our bathroom, and left everything spotless. We won't call anyone else.”

Frequently asked questions
Answers to what customers ask most.
We serve Southeast Tennessee, Northwest Georgia, and Northeast Alabama — including Chattanooga, East Ridge, Ooltewah, Signal Mountain, Lookout Mountain, South Pittsburg, Jasper, Bridgeport, Sand Mountain, Henagar, Mentone, Rising Fawn, Trenton, Dalton, and Ringgold. If you're not sure whether you're in our service area, give us a call at 423-280-4171 and we'll let you know.
Yes. Plumbing problems don't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekend appointments available — and we offer after-hours emergency service when you need it. After-hours calls carry an additional charge, which we'll make clear before any work begins.
Honest, upfront pricing. We go over the price with you before any work begins, so there are no surprises. A service call carries a trip fee, and parts and materials are billed separately unless otherwise noted. Final pricing depends on the job and is always confirmed with you first.
We handle general plumbing (toilets, faucets, garbage disposals), drain and sewer work (drain cleaning, main line snaking, camera inspections), water heater repair and installation (tank and tankless), and major repairs like pipe and burst-leak repair, whole-home repiping, and sewer line replacement.
Yes. We install both traditional tank and high-efficiency tankless water heaters, with the unit included on new installations. We'll help you choose the right system for your home and budget and install it to code.
Absolutely. Rather than guess, we run a sewer camera inspection to see exactly what's happening in your line, then give you an honest recommendation. This is the best way to diagnose recurring backups and avoid paying for repairs you don't need.
